We believe in the value of our research and educational products—and we’re committed to clarity, not confusion. This refund policy outlines how we handle refunds and what you can expect when you make a purchase with SOIC (School of Intrinsic Compounding).

Digital Products & Memberships

We offer digital products including:

SOIC Membership (includes video content, webinars, market insights, and research)
Tools and downloads (e.g. stock screeners, calculators)
Courses and live workshop recordings

All of these are considered non-refundable once purchased, unless: 

There has been a duplicate transaction.
You were charged in error or experienced a critical access issue.

If you believe an error occurred, please email us at support@soic.in within 7 days of the transaction with: 

Your full name
Payment receipt or screenshot
Description of the issue

We'll review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. All final decisions rest with SOIC.

Why We Don’t Offer General Refunds

Our membership gives you immediate access to hundreds of hours of content, proprietary frameworks, and an active learning community. Once accessed, the value is delivered—like opening a sealed book. That’s why we avoid offering general refunds unless there's a legitimate technical or billing issue.

Abuse, Chargebacks & Suspensions

We take abuse seriously. Any attempt to misuse the refund process or reverse a payment via chargeback may result in: 

Permanent suspension of your SOIC account
Loss of access to all current and future products

We’re committed to being fair and transparent. If you have a genuine concern, reach out to us—we’ll always try to find a solution.

Refunds on Special Offers

From time to time, we may run discounts or limited-time offers. Refunds will not be provided for differences in pricing if you purchased before or after a promotion.
